EMPLOYER: Our Client is a prestigious multi-faceted law firm with operations in numerous states locally and an international reach characterized by affiliations and representations spanning the globe.
JOB TITLE: IT Support
DEPT: Administration and Support
JOB SUMMARY: Support & Maintenance of IT and Communication Infrastructure.
JOB DUTIES:
* Take calls and respond to emails from employees both in local and remote offices, respond to requests at hand, both on-site and off-site, either over the phone or in person and resolve any desktop computer hardware or software or telecommunication problem.
* Asset management of the firm's IT and communication equipment.
* Monitor, maintain and troubleshoot the PABX / audix system and telecommunications infrastructure.
* Monitor, maintain and troubleshoot the VOIP - VAP system and ensure that it fully functional.
* Monitor, maintain and troubleshoot the MTN lines going through the PABX to ensure that they are functioning at all times.
* Monitor, maintain and troubleshoot faxes such as the Panasonic Workio and other such fax machines and their associated lines
* Update and maintain all email distribution lists and contacts.
* Assist in the deployment and configuration of new IT and telecommunications equipment.
* Assist with in-house training programs.
* Other duties as directed by IT Administrator
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Minimum of 2 years experience in IT hardware/ software support/Computer Field.
* Relevant University Degree and Similar Qualifications.
